Solariq Refund & Replacement Policy

At Solariq, we take pride in delivering high-quality phone cases and accessories. If for any reason you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

• The item must be faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• The request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

2. If necessary, we may ask for photos of the faulty product.
3. Once your claim is verified, we will offer you the option of a refund or a replacement.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements:
If you opt for a replacement, we will ship out the new item at no additional cost to you.

Please Note:

• This policy only covers faulty or damaged items.
• The product must be in its original condition (excluding the fault).
• This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
